You can cancel your Reward Otter subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, you can:
- Email support: Send a cancellation request to support@rewardotter.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription"
- Include your information: Provide the email address associated with your account
Our support team will process your cancellation request and send you a confirmation email within 1-2 business days.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. This means:
- You will continue to have access to premium features until your billing period ends
- You will not be charged for the next billing period
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to free-tier access
Access After Cancellation
After your subscription ends:
- You can continue to use free features of our services
- Your account and any data you have saved will be retained
- You can resubscribe at any time to regain access to premium features
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your renewal date to ensure the cancellation is processed in time.
You will receive a reminder email before your subscription renews, giving you time to cancel if you do not wish to continue.
Refunds After Cancellation
If you cancel after being charged for a new billing period, please refer to our Refund Policy for information about potential refund eligibility. Generally, refunds are available within 7 days of a charge for first-time subscribers.
Resubscribing
If you decide to resubscribe after canceling, you can do so through the product website (such as DoubleDip.app) at any time. Your previous account settings and preferences may be restored when you resubscribe.
Account Deletion
Canceling your subscription does not delete your account. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact support@rewardotter.com with a data deletion request.
